This mild shampoo is specially designed to maintain a shiny coat and healthy skin, without the use of harsh chemicals or sulfates. This makes the shampoo perfect for dogs with irritated skin, and also prepares it for further treatments such as the DERMagic Skin Rescue Lotion or Hot Spot Salve.

Special consideration is given to dogs with BSD (black skin disease), where this shampoo helps to improve skin health and coat quality. The carefully formulated formula combines essential oils such as peppermint, melaleuca (tea tree oil), lavender, chamomile and rosehip seed extracts with moisturizing ingredients such as aloe vera, vegetable glycerin, oat extract and wheat protein. This results in a foaming, sulfate-free shampoo with a lovely fresh scent.

For best results:

1. Wet your dog and apply the shampoo.
2. Rinse immediately; never leave your dog with foam.
3. Don’t expect too frequent bathing! For healthy dogs, we recommend bathing twice a month or whenever they are dirty.
4. Keep the coat fresh between baths by brushing and combing daily with our Grooming Spritz.

Note: Our shampoo is not recommended for cats. Contains tea tree oil. For cats, feel free to use the Feline Shampoo Bar.
