How we work

Each treatment, whether washing, trimming, nail care or detangling, is performed in a calm and stress-free environment. We understand that each dog is unique and tailor our approach accordingly.

Our special rooms

For dogs that need a little extra attention, we have luxury facilities. Consider a separate washroom with spa baths and drying cabins, ideal for sensitive or anxious dogs. We also offer a quiet grooming room without the sound of water blowers, perfect for dogs that benefit from peace and quiet. With us, everything is about grooming and pampering your dog in peace and safety – just the way they deserve.

Puppy Treatment

With the Puppy Treatment we get your puppy used to the groomer in a calm and positive environment. The treatment is suitable from the time your puppy has had all vaccinations, up to an age of 6 months.

We wash your pup with special products that perfectly match the coat. But we do more than just wash. After the bath, we dry your pup with the water blower and carefully brush the coat free of tangles with the hair dryer. Therefore, your pup goes home clean, fresh and relaxed.

During treatment:

  • We cut the nails.
  • Round out the feet and ears.
  • Cut the rear free to ensure hygiene.


Note: In case of extreme tangles we charge €25 extra per half hour.

Junior Treatment

For puppies from 6 to 12 months, we offer the Junior Treatment. But this stage requires a slightly different approach. Therefore, we provide a soft, tangle-free coat without already cutting a model.

During treatment:

  • Wash your dog with products that match the coat.
  • Dry and brush the coat tangle-free.
  • Cut away the wild spikes for a groomed look.
  • We cut nails, feet and the rear for hygienic results.

adult Treatment

Starting at 12 months, it’s time for a complete grooming. With the Adult Treatment, your dog gets a treatment that puts the coat in top condition.

What to expect.

  • A wash with high-quality, coat-friendly products.
  • Drying and brushing the coat.
  • Cutting into an appropriate model.
  • Nails, feet, ears and the rear are neatly groomed.

Coat Treatment

Does your dog have a coat problem? Our Coat Treatment offers a solution. But every coat is different. That’s why we start with a step-by-step plan to determine the best approach.

Treatment includes:

  • A relaxing 20-minute Ozone Spa Milk Bath with massage.
  • An appropriate mask that absorbs for 10 minutes.
  • Drying, brushing and tangle-freeing the coat.
  • Nail, foot and ear cleaning, including free clipping of the rear.

Ozone Spa Milk bath

The Ozone Spa Milk Bath is designed to prevent and treat coat and skin conditions. But it is not only suitable for problem skins. Therefore, we also recommend it for healthy dogs to stimulate hair growth and thoroughly cleanse the skin.

How does it work?

Using nanobubbles, the treatment is enriched. These penetrate deep into hair follicles and pores to remove excess sebum and dirt.

What dog breeds do you take on in the groomer?

We specialize in Miniature Kittens and Toy Poodles, but we also welcome other small breeds such as Chihuahuas, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Boomertjes and Butterfly Dogs. Is your breed not listed? Feel free to contact us; we have experience with a variety of coat types.

Yes, we do! We first look at your dog’s coat and then determine which treatment is the best fit. You can choose from a Puppy Treatment, Junior Treatment, Adult Treatment, Spa Treatment or just a wonderful wash.

The duration of a treatment depends on the coat and the treatment chosen. Usually we spend 1 to 3 hours. We always take the time to treat your dog with care.

For dogs with long or full coats, we recommend coming in every 6 to 8 weeks. Do you have a dog with a shorter coat? Then less frequent treatments are sufficient. Don’t want your dog trimmed yet? Then you can also come by just for a wash.

Yes, definitely! Even without coat problems, we recommend giving your dog a spa bath twice a year. It promotes a healthy coat and skin.

A Puppy Treatment is appropriate from 13 weeks, once your puppy has had all vaccinations, until 6 months of age.

Yes, we take extra time and care for anxious or stressed dogs. Please let us know when making your appointment so we can schedule your dog at a quiet time of day. This way we minimize stimuli and ensure a relaxed treatment.

  • Walk your dog before coming to the salon.
  • Do not give your dog a large meal right before treatment.

You can pay at our salon by pin or cash. We do not send out payment requests. Costs are discussed in advance so there are no surprises.

Dogs often become restless when the owner is around. That’s why we like to give new clients a tour of the salon. During the treatment, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in our boutique, or go home. We will call you as soon as the treatment is finished and can make nice videos of the treatment if you wish.

We work by appointment only. This allows us to take plenty of time for each dog.

We ask that you arrive on time. Can’t make the appointment on time? Please call us so that we are informed. In case of extreme delay, the treatment may be cancelled and we will still charge you.
