Order Returns
Your order can be returned within 14 days of purchase in the web shop. Returns cannot be made after 14 days; the right of revocation will then expire.
Report your return by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for return. You will receive a confirmation with further instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Please note that return costs are at the customer’s own expense. All returned products must be in original condition, unopened and with undamaged packaging.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are available for size change within the same color collection. However, these items cannot be returned for a refund and the order cannot be cancelled.
For orders shipped with DHL, please process the return according to the instructions in the confirmation. Please contact us if you have any questions about the return process.

Delivery Time/Shipping Policy
Your order will be delivered to you within two business days. Orders received before 10 p.m. on weekdays are often shipped the same day. Orders placed before 10 p.m. on Sunday will be delivered to your door on Monday.
Exceptions are large products delivered by a special department of PostNL. Will we not deliver your order within 1 to 2 days? Then you will see this during ordering, so you always know where you stand.
Shipping Options and Costs: We ship with DHL. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product and shipping method selected. Please check the shipping options during checkout for specific information.
International Shipping: We also ship internationally. Please contact us for more details on shipping costs and delivery times.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment through DHL.
