Description

PUUR Derma is a phytotherapeutic drop based on natural ingredients such as buckwheat, true goldenrod, greater burdock and nettle. It supports the natural functioning of the liver, helps reduce itching and irritation and has a soothing and cooling effect on the skin.

These drops are widely used for skin problems such as hot spots, crusting, itching on various parts of the body – especially on hairless areas such as feet, ears, genitals, anus, mouth and eyelids. It is especially effective for itching aggravated by heat and scratching, and symptoms that diminish with colder temperatures or after local cooling.

Advice for use and dosage
Use the drops 1 to 4 times a day, depending on the severity of symptoms. 1 ml contains 20 drops.

• Dog (10-15 kg): 10-15 drops
• Cat: 5-10 drops
• Horse: 20-30 drops

For dogs under 8 pounds, the dosage of a cat is recommended unless the veterinarian advises otherwise. This is safe and practical, especially in small dogs. When in doubt or in acute situations, the dose can be temporarily increased under the guidance of a veterinarian.

Administration:

• Shake well before use.
• Drops directly into the mouth or diluted in water, preferably not on a full stomach.
• With cats, it is helpful to put the drops on a warm spoon to allow the alcohol to evaporate, or on a treat.
• For small dogs under 8 pounds, the cat dosage can be used unless the veterinarian indicates a higher dose is needed based on body weight.

Duration of treatment:

• During acute symptoms, treatment may take several days to three weeks.
• For long-term symptoms, the reaction is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks.
• After improvement, a maintenance dosage, often half the initial amount, can be switched to a maintenance dosage.
• Treatment can be continued long-term, with occasional breaks of 1-2 weeks to monitor response.
