Fleas and mites can cause annoying discomfort on the skin. The saliva of these insects can cause a nasty reaction on the skin. One bite from a flea can cause a lot of discomfort. By supporting the skin from the inside and increasing its resistance, the discomfort is less likely to occur and the skin will recover more easily.
The ingredients in this drop allow the waste products released by a bite to be properly disposed of. This supports skin recovery and reduces discomfort.

Dosage
2 – 3 x daily (1 ml = 20 drops)
Dog 10 – 15 drops
Cat 5 – 10 drops

If it is difficult in practice to administer this product several times a day, once a day or once every 2 days is sufficient. Then give the maximum dosage for one day. Even then PUUR Cteno can be used effectively but may delay reaction a little longer.
With improvement, you can switch to a maintenance dose. This is usually half the dosage indicated on the package. When dosing this product, watch the animal’s reaction carefully. A higher dose may be necessary in the beginning; this product can safely be given in a double dose. Upon improvement, gradually decrease the dosage to the lowest possible dosage.
With some dilutions and extracts, short-term aggravation may occur at the start of treatment. This means that the animal is reacting to the product. In case of severe increase, halve or temporarily stop dosage and then slowly build up again.
Administration
Give PUUR Cteno with a plastic syringe directly into the mouth or mouth, possibly diluted with a little water. Preferably not at the same time as a meal because the product works better when it is absorbed by the clean oral mucosa.
If an animal does not like the product, the drops can be given on a small piece of treat. If the cat does not accept the drops, put the drops on a warm spoon and allow the alcohol to evaporate from the product. Then give it diluted with some water or milk with a syringe directly into the mouth. The drops can also be applied to the top of the paw, just make sure the cat licks the drops off the paw.
Duration of treatment
Provide a cool, fresh -dust-free- lying place, even in winter. Usually heat exacerbates itchiness. Provide proper, if possible natural, flea and mite control. In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can range from a few days to 3 weeks. Upon improvement, continue administration of this product for several more days. In long-term discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, switch to a maintenance dosage during the warm season. This is usually half the dosage indicated on the package. When dosing this product, pay close attention to the animal’s reaction. A higher dosage may be needed initially; this product can safely be given in a double dose. Reduce the dosage to the lowest dose possible.
This product can be given permanently. It is advisable to have a stop week after every 6 to 8 weeks. This allows the “stimulus” to be offered again after the stop week. Resume treatment immediately if warranted.
